Negotiating the Offer
Your Real Estate Realtor® will present and explain all offers to you. You will be able to
accept, reject, or counter any offer presented. During the negotiation process your
Real Estate Realtor® will:
• Review the contract and obligations before you sign.
• Explain how contingencies and release clauses work.
• Define legal disclosure requirements.
• Write addendum or amendment contingencies to contract, if necessary.
• Orchestrate the counter offer process, if necessary.
Acceptance
Once an offer is accepted, your Real Estate Realtor® will manage all the details to
make the process as stress-free and efficient as possible:
• Staying in contact with the buyer's agent to ensure a smooth escrow.
• Following up on the buyer's loan progress.
• Monitoring all contingency deadlines.
• Representing you with your best interest in mine.
Closing
The closing of the transaction includes reviewing the closing statement and other
related documents and delivery of the keys to the new owner.
